Our legacy and life design process reaches into the most personal parts of life. Work that personal is built on trust, and we know trust is earned. So here are the standards we hold ourselves to, written down and kept current.
Loyalty to You
We act solely for your benefit. Where any conflict of interest could arise, we decline it or disclose it.
LivWeal® is a guide, an approach, and a community for designing and living your legacy. What we are licensed to do, and not do, is stated plainly on our Team page.
What you share with us stays with us. It is held in secure, protected systems, never sold, and never shared without your permission, and client stories appear only with permission. When we work with couples and families, what each person shares is held exactly as they direct: kept private, or brought into the shared conversation, at their choosing. For clients whose privacy carries extra weight, there is a quieter path still. And where technology assists our work, people lead it: nothing you share goes into tools that keep it or learn from it, and everything that reaches you was made, reviewed, and stood behind by a person. Even our website holds the standard: no invasive tracking, ever.
Care for You
We bring thought, diligence, and skill to everything we do with you.
We prepare thoroughly and follow a deliberate, structured approach, personalized for you and walked with you, one step at a time, so nothing important is rushed and nothing important is missed.
We ask the questions. You decide what your answers mean. When research or a benchmark would help, we share it as information, never as a verdict. We never grade your life, and we do not tell you how to live it.
Everything we write is written from what you said, and you correct it until it is true. Nothing goes into your hands, or ours, that you have not agreed is right.
Some of what a threshold stirs deserves clinical care. When we see that, we say so, and we help you find it. That care comes first; ours can stand beside it, or be the next step.

Stewardship for You
We hold ourselves to the level of care that a reasonable and knowledgeable person would use with matters of their own.
We are selective on purpose, and we take on only as much work, and as many clients, as we can serve exceptionally well.
Outside counsel reviews our agreements and referral arrangements. A council of members and advisors helps guide how LivWeal® grows.
Transparency with You
We disclose all relevant fees, risks, and facts clearly.
We often help match clients with specialists as a legacy project or a life design takes shape, and any team we help build around you is introduced and approved by you. We are not an investment adviser, a law firm, or a clinical practice, and we do not give investment, legal, tax, or clinical advice. We will introduce you to the advisors and licensed professionals who enhance this process.
Every fee is named before you say yes, and every promise we make is written down, with its terms. When this work is not a fit, we say so.
When we introduce you to a professional, it is because we believe they will serve you well. We tell you plainly how we know them.
We do not hold your money, your accounts, or your documents, and we never ask for balances or valuations. Where it matters to the work, the question is whether something is in place, never how much.
We will tell you what we would recommend, once, and then it is yours to decide. Nobody is chased here. If we do not hear from you, you will hear from us once, and then the door simply stays open.
When we cite research, we cite it accurately, limits included. Where evidence doesn't yet exist, we say so.
