Fees for programs, sittings, and events are set at the time of booking. They are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due before the engagement begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.

For ongoing programs, billing cycles are defined in your engagement letter. This may be monthly, quarterly, or per session. We will be clear about the schedule before you commit.

Cancellation policies vary by offering. For individual sittings, we require notice at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel with less notice, the fee is non-refundable. For programs and events, the policy is stated in the specific agreement.

Refunds are not offered for completed work. If you are unsatisfied with a session, tell us. We will discuss it with you directly. We would rather address the concern than leave it unresolved.

We do not offer payment plans unless explicitly stated. If you need to discuss a financial arrangement, contact us before booking. We will consider each request with care.

LivWeal® is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress arising from your use of the site or participation in our services.

All services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the outcomes of coaching, speaking, or programs. The work is powerful, but it is not a promise.

You assume full responsibility for the decisions you make. The frameworks, language, and insights we offer are tools. How you use them is up to you. We cannot be held liable for the results.

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This is the full extent of our responsibility. It is a fair and reasonable limit.
